TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Last updated: 20th July 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to appointments, treatments, classes and services provided by Kinetiq Health.

By booking an appointment or attending the clinic, you agree to the terms below.

1. Appointments

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, by email or in person at the clinic.

Please ensure the details you provide when booking are accurate and up to date. This includes your name, contact details and any relevant health information requested before treatment.

2. Cancellations and rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. However, we kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice will not incur a cancellation charge.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the appointment fee.

If a deposit has been paid, this may be retained as the cancellation charge.

3. Missed appointments and classes

If you do not attend your appointment and do not let us know in advance, this will be treated as a missed appointment.

Missed appointments may be charged at 50% of the appointment fee, or the deposit may be retained.

For classes, courses or block bookings, missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be transferred or rolled over to another date, unless otherwise agreed by Kinetiq Health. This means that if you book a single class and do not attend, or miss a session within a block of classes, that class will still be charged and cannot be carried forward.

4. Late arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you arrive late, your appointment may still need to finish at the scheduled time so that we can remain on time for other clients. The full appointment fee will still apply.

If you are significantly late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and a cancellation charge may apply.

5. Deposits and payments

Some appointments, courses or classes may require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking.

Where a deposit is required, your booking may not be confirmed until payment has been received.

Payment may be taken online, in clinic or through our approved booking/payment system.

6. Packages, courses and classes

Packages, prepaid sessions, courses and small group classes must be used within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase.

Missed classes or sessions may not be refundable unless otherwise agreed by Kinetiq Health.

If you need to cancel a class or course place, please give as much notice as possible. Cancellation terms may vary depending on the type of booking and will be made clear when you book.

7. Clinical suitability

All treatments and services are subject to clinical suitability.

Before treatment, your practitioner may ask questions about your health, medical history, symptoms, injuries, medication and lifestyle. This helps us decide whether treatment is appropriate and safe for you.

In some cases, we may recommend that you speak to your GP, consultant or another healthcare professional before treatment continues.

8. Treatment outcomes

At Kinetiq Health, we aim to provide high-quality care, advice and support tailored to your needs.

However, treatment outcomes vary from person to person. We cannot guarantee a specific result, recovery time or performance outcome.

Your progress may depend on several factors, including your condition, general health, activity levels, lifestyle, consistency with advice and attendance at recommended sessions.

9. Client responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate and honest information about your health and symptoms.

Please tell your practitioner if anything changes, including new injuries, pain, medication, pregnancy, surgery, illness or medical diagnosis.

You should also let your practitioner know immediately if you feel unwell, uncomfortable or unsure during treatment or exercise.

10. Consent to treatment

Your practitioner will explain the proposed treatment or session before it begins.

You are free to ask questions at any time and may withdraw consent at any point during your appointment.

If you do not wish to receive a particular treatment technique, please let your practitioner know.

11. Personal belongings

Please take care of your personal belongings while visiting the clinic.

Kinetiq Health cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal items unless caused by our negligence.

12. Behaviour in the clinic

We are committed to providing a calm, respectful and professional environment for clients, practitioners and staff.

We reserve the right to refuse or stop treatment where behaviour is inappropriate, abusive, unsafe or disrespectful.

13. Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Where a service has already been provided, refunds will not usually be available unless there has been an issue with the service that we have been unable to resolve.

For prepaid packages, courses or classes, any refund will be considered in line with the cancellation terms provided at the time of booking.

14. Changes to appointments or services

Kinetiq Health may occasionally need to change appointment times, practitioners, class schedules or services.

Where this happens, we will give as much notice as reasonably possible and offer an alternative appointment or suitable option.
